Can Craniosacral help my sinus pain?

Yes! Craniosacral Therapists have good results with sinus problems and here’s why:

Your sinuses are openings or cavities in the bones of the skull. These cavities are under the eyes, across the brow, and around the bridge of the nose. When the bones that make up the edges of these cavities are misaligned, even by a fraction, from a blow to the face, whiplash, or the birth process, the opening is compromised. When this happens the sinus is not able to drain completely, becoming a stagnate pond of mucus resulting in pain, pressure and infection.

As a Craniosacral Therapist, I can ever so slightly ease the forehead, the cartilage around the nose, and the cheek bones, re-establishing the sinus opening allowing for natural drainage, relieving the pressure and pain in the face.

Over the last 20 years I have safely treated all ages newborns to the elderly.

I'd love to support you with your sinus pain relief.
