Can Craniosacral Therapy help relieve wrist pain?

A friend asked me: "My sister is a cashier and her wrists are killing her - Can CS Therapy help her?"

Yes! Repetitive motion, during work, is likely causing your sister's pain, and Craniosacral Therapy has a technique to relieve it. The muscles of the hand lay across the wrist and constrict and tighten with every swipe or repetitive movement of her hand. This tightening and shortening cause a tendinitis, or little microscopic tears, resulting in sharp pain.

Using a specific Craniosacral technique, we can gently “unwind” the connective tissue and the muscles surrounding the wrist, restoring the freedom of movement and eliminating the pain in a few treatments.

Anyone who does a repetitive action like cashiering, hammering, cleaning, painting, etc. can find relief in this type of therapy. Craniosacral Therapy can safely and effectively treat, wrists, elbows, shoulders, ankles, and even some neck problems.

I'd love to work with you to help relieve your joint pain! I have been a Registered Massage Therapist for 21 years, and most Health care plans cover my Craniosacral Therapy sessions.
